Our hangout space was designed to be a collaborative space for working, networking, shooting, and maybe just hanging out.
Connected directly to the cove through two french doors, the hangout space creates a seamless extension for a little bit more space if your production calls for it or your moodboard requires it.

Large Communal Desk Area
A dedicated communal desk area for teams working on laptops, reviewing content, or staying plugged in while on set.
Perfect for crew lunches, catering, or longer shoot days. The full kitchen and dining space allows medium to large teams to stay on-site comfortably and efficiently.
An ideal overflow space from the cove for rolling racks, styling stations, hair and makeup, or additional prep setups—keeping your production organized and flowing smoothly.

No, the hangout space is not normally rented out on it’s own. If you would like to rent out only the hangout space, you would need to make a special request.

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid fees. Full details are provided with our rental agreement.

Yes—two dedicated parking spots are available directly in front of the studio, with additional parking on the neighboring street. Detailed parking instructions will be included in your confirmation email.
