Meet Studio Two

A fresh new space just steps next door from our cove and hangout space. Designed with modern content creation in mind, Studio Two is a fully modular white box built to transform. The space is expansive, minimal, and intentionally open — giving you the freedom to shape it into whatever your shoot calls for.

With production in mind, Studio Two features a dedicated styling area designed to support the full creative team. Hair, makeup, and wardrobe each have their own space to prep and refine — creating a smooth, uninterrupted flow throughout the day.

The Dimensions

Studio Two offers a curated selection of props — from chairs and mirrors to stools and backdrops — all available for you to use as you create. Each booking also includes four stainless steel rolling tables and stools, a steamer, parking, and restroom.

This ground-floor studio space is about 1000 sq ft and and can easily fit a small to medium size team.

  • Includes a steamer, rolling racks, and a private changing room—featuring flexible, mobile workstations designed to keep your shoot seamless and organized.

  • You will have easy access to our restroom next door, as well as speedy wifi.

  • There will be one available parking spot directly in front of the studio, but also street parking near by.

  • Each booking includes all props shown in the pictures, a designated hair, makeup, and wardrobe area, a private changing room, and a large garage filled space with the option for light control. The studio is equipped with rolling tables, stools, two wardrobe racks, and a steamer. You’ll also have access to a private restroom, WiFi, and a dedicated parking spot directly in front of the studio. In-house rental equipment is available as an add-on based on availability.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance to avoid fees. Full details are provided with our rental agreement.

  • Yes—this studio has one available parking spot directly in front of the studio, as well as additional parking on the neighboring street. Detailed parking instructions will be included in your confirmation email.

  • Yes—studio tours are available by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a walkthrough.
